At Harmony Icons, each icon is carefully crafted with attention. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

365-Day Returns

We accept returns within 365 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Wood Warping 

Because our icons are made from real wood, natural movement can occasionally occur due to changes in temperature or humidity. If your icon develops noticeable warping we will replace it, or provide an equivalent icon at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the warping

Return Process

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
