At Harmony Icons, each icon is carefully crafted with attention and care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 365 days of delivery. There are no final sale items, and no restocking fees are charged on any return.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, and must be sent back in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for approved returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
Wood Warping
Because our icons are made from real wood, natural movement can occasionally occur due to changes in temperature or humidity. If your icon develops noticeable warping, we will replace it or provide an equivalent icon at no cost.
